|Ladies Festival Weekend 2017.
Brother Gary Anderson has kindly organised the Broomwood Lodge Ladies Festival weekend for 2017. He has organised the event to take place on the weekend of 2nd/3rd/4th June 2017 and the venue is at the the View Hotel in Eastbourne.
The cost of the weekend is £175.00 per person and included is dinner, bed and breakfast for the two nights as well as the gala evening on the Saturday. The hotel can only hold the booking for a limited period before we need to pay a deposit of £50.00 per person. So brethren could you, therefore, please indicate your attendance and likely number of guests as soon as possible to Brother Gary. Cheques to be made payable to : Broomwood Lodge no. 6060 Festival account.

|On 14th March the Broomwood Lodge meeting was attended by both our Visiting Officer, Worshipful Brother Paul Hicks LGR and David Nunn, PAGDC, the newly appointed Metropolitan Grand Inspector, who was accompanied by his Escorting Officer, Jonathon Cooper, Metropolitan Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies. In addition to The Lodge meeting had two principal purposes – firstly complete the 3rd Degree and raise Brother Craig Humphreys to the rank of a Master Mason and secondly for David Nunn, Metropolitan Grand Inspector, to present a Long Service Certificate to Worshipful Brother Ted Gratten SLGR commemorating 50 years since his initiation into Freemasonry on 2nd January 1965.Back Row: W.
